Reviewed and redesigned the strategic operating model for one of Australia's largest players in the Workforce Services industry, including:
- Restructure of the sales and account management divisions to deliver better outcomes in the changing client environment
- Development of a new model configuration for the labour hire network to optimise service performance
- Identification of business process improvement and employee segmentation opportunities across the Australian business
