Welcome to the Pacific Strategy Partners Quarterly Newsletter. As we head into 2009 we have started to see a real pick up in activity - hopefully this is a leading indicator for improvement in general business conditions. We have seen a push ahead with long term infrastructure plans - recognising that business has to continue through both the ups and downs. We have also been helping organisations with productivity improvement - not surprisingly this has assumed even greater importance over the last six months. This newsletter provides a perspective on two topics: Funding and Economics of Large IT Projects: This article outlines some of the challenges associated with achieving funding support for large infrastructure investments.
