Training & Development

We place great emphasis on the training, professional and personal development of our staff. Our work covers an extensive range of functions and industries and a combination of on-the-job training working closely with Directors and senior management, as well as a formal program of specialist functional training topics ensures you are constantly learning and growing with us.

Professional Training

Our internal training program is a broad balance of both soft skills and practical-focused training to cover a spectrum of areas covering Research, Analysis, Consulting, Facilitation, Coaching, and Intervention. The professional training is led by both internal and external specialists. We conduct training every quarter which always includes great team building and personal development events as well as formal topic-driven training programs.

Mentoring

Mentoring is an important part of our professional development program to give all staff the opportunity to learn from and interact with Directors outside of case engagement. Our mentor allocation is reviewed every year so you have the chance to learn from a variety of leaders.

Performance Review

Pacific Strategy Partners encourage regular feedback during and after each case to accelerate personal development. We conduct both formal and informal feedback and coaching sessions with Engagement Managers / Directors to assist all Consultants grow and develop.
