Kevin is a Director of Pacific Strategy Partners and has been advising local and multinational companies for over 14 years.
He has led engagements across a range of industries including manufacturing, agribusiness, mining and resources, petroleum (both upstream and downstream), biotechnology, power, wealth management and funds management.
He has specialised in corporate and business unit strategy, customer segmentation and channel strategy, new market entry design and operations improvement.
More recently, Kevin has also focussed on the use of simulation and war-gaming to clarify and accelerate decision making on complex business issues.
Kevin has previously worked with McKinsey, Australian Consulting Partners (an Australian boutique strategy firm) and A.T. Kearney. He holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering with first class honours from University of Melbourne, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
